At Nitzana Bakers, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality food items. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by contacting us at Info@nitzana.in. We will review your request and, if approved, issue a refund or provide a replacement. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed can be cancelled up to a day before the delivery/pickup date. We charge a 10% cancellation fee for any cancellation.
